How to custom a new sample?
1. Confirm Design Requirements
Firstly, you need to provide us with samples or design concepts, and our professional designers will work with you to determine the design requirements.
2. Select Materials
Confirm the material matching and craftsmanship details of the bag. This step is crucial to ensure that the design of the bag meets your expectations.
3. 2D Design Drafts
Then, our sample designer creates a 2D design draft according to the requirements. They will carefully examine the design proportion and feasibility of the craftsmanship of the bag, and provide suggestions.
4. Produce Paper Samples
Paper sample is an essential mold for cutting material in bag processing. According to the shape and size of the paper samples, the required material parts can be precisely cut to ensure the accuracy of the size and shape of the finished product.
5. Sample making
Cut the material according to the size of the paper sample. Sample workers will sew and produce according to the 2D design draft, and finally complete the sample.
