TPU embossing is a logo or logo production process commonly used in luggage, shoes and other products. Its core is to combine TPU material (thermoplastic polyurethane) with the base material (such as leather, fabric, etc.) through hot pressing technology to form a three-dimensional, wear-resistant decorative effect.
Use TPU film (customizable color and transparency), pre-cut into the shape of the logo through a mold, and press the TPU material into the surface of the substrate with a hydraulic press at high temperature (about 120-180°C) to make it melt and fit tightly. The pressure is maintained until it cools down to form a firm three-dimensional logo.
TPU is wear-resistant, fold-resistant, and anti-aging. The logo is not easy to fall off or fade. It can present a raised 3D effect, has a delicate touch, high visual grade, no solvent volatilization, complies with EU REACH and other environmental protection standards, and is suitable for leather, nylon, canvas and other materials
